I earned my PhD for my research on “FDI and Property Market Evolution: A Case Study of UAE.” This study explored how Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) shapes Dubai’s real estate market, and it’s a privilege to have my work recognised in this field. This achievement strengthens my commitment to advancing the understanding of the dynamic real estate market in the UAE.
